- Youth Health Initiative
This European Commission
project encourages young people to become active partners in promoting
their health. Their chief aims are:
- To prioritise the health of children and young people in Europe
- To work alongside the Commission to highlight healthy lifestyles, education, media and healthy environment
You can also get involved by sharing your views on the health issues blog run by the European Youth Forum - www.health .europa.eu/ youth.
You can enter the Young Health competition by sending photos, video-clips or drawings.
- Peer Education Alcohol Project
This project is
currently recruiting young people as peers to help educate young people
across Scotland at serious risk of alcohol misuse. Over a series of
workshops and a residential the young people will devise and deliver
their own alcohol education programme that they feel is innovative and
young person friendly- giving young people the correct information in a
style they will retain.

Enables young

opportunities for 11-18-year-olds to use their voice in creative ways
